Terms of Service

Overview
Meetable ("Meetable," "we," "our," or "us") provides a platform that enables professionals to schedule paid meetings, record sessions, generate AI transcripts, and build searchable meeting libraries ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If you use Meetable on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
Payments and Fees
Meetable allows users to collect payments for sessions. We may charge subscription fees, transaction fees (typically 3–4%), and usage-based fees. By using paid features, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Recording and Consent
Meetable enables meeting recording and AI transcription. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consent before recording any meeting and for complying with all applicable recording laws.
Healthcare Compliance
If you are a healthcare provider or handle protected health information ("PHI"), you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy laws. Meetable does not represent itself as a HIPAA-compliant platform unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, and we do not enter into Business Associate Agreements ("BAAs") unless expressly agreed in writing.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your recordings, transcripts, and uploaded content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI Transcripts
AI-generated transcripts may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying transcript accuracy before relying on it.
Platform Role
Meetable is a technology platform and is not responsible for disputes between users, the quality of professional services provided during sessions, or the outcomes of any meetings.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to record without consent, to distribute harmful content, or to reverse-engineer the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
