We use this information to provide booking, payment, recording, and AI transcript services; to maintain and improve the platform; to ensure security; and to communicate with users. We do not sell your personal information.
Sensitive Data and Healthcare
Meeting recordings and transcripts may contain sensitive personal information depending on how you use the Service. If you are subject to HIPAA or other healthcare privacy regulations, you are responsible for determining whether Meetable is appropriate for your intended use. Meetable does not guarantee HIPAA compliance and does not process PHI under a Business Associate Agreement unless explicitly agreed in writing.
AI Processing
Recordings may be processed by AI systems to generate transcripts and related features. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon without review.
Third-Party Sharing
We may share data with trusted third-party providers such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, AI service providers, and analytics vendors solely to operate and improve the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
